Sunday morning
Children are always welcome in our church, but we know that sitting still in services doesn’t always suit small people! Our 9.30 family service has various activities aimed at different ages:
Sunday Sunbeams runs in the Belli Centre for 0-2 year olds and their carers. Contact Karen Whitaker (07712 185324) or Hanna Harris (07787 516919).
Sunday group – for children aged 3 to school year 2 – meet in the Belli Centre from 9.20 am for Christian worship through fun craft activities and games. Contact Chris Gelderbloem (07939 549384 or chrissygelderbloem@gmail.com).
Quiz group – for children in school years 3 to 6 – meet in the Belli Centre, leaving the service as the readings start.
These groups return to church during the service so that we can all join together in coming to the altar.
Week-time groups
Sunbeams – for pre-school children and their carers – Friday 9.15 – 10.45 am.
Junior choir – for children in year 3 and above – Friday 6.15 – 8 pm.
We also run confirmation classes for children in year 7 and above. Contact a churchwarden for more details.
