Sunday morning
Children are always welcome in our church, but we know that sitting still in services doesn’t always suit small people! Our 9.30 family service has various activities aimed at different ages:
Seedlings runs in the Belli Centre for children up to school year 2. Under 4s should be supervised by their parents. We meet in church and leave before the readings for our own Christian worship with songs and activities.
Saplings – for children in school years 3 to 6 – meet in the Belli Centre, leaving the service as the readings start.
These groups return to church during the service so that we can all join together in coming to the altar.
Week-time groups
Sunbeams – for pre-school children and their carers – Friday 9.15 – 10.45 am.
Junior choir – for children in year 3 and above – Friday 6.15 – 8 pm.
We also run confirmation classes for children. Contact the vicar for more details.
